Because work begins promptly after purchase (intake review, preparation, and submission of your requests), fees may be non-refundable once we have begun preparing or submitting your requests. If you contact us before work has begun, we will consider your request for a refund in good faith. Any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law will be honored.
